1. Scope of Services

RLM Brazil Tour Operator acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local guides). Our role is to organize and coordinate travel incentives, corporate events, and excursions as detailed in your specific booking confirmation. By booking with us, you acknowledge that RLM Brazil coordinates these third-party services but does not directly own or operate them.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Confirmations: A booking is only considered confirmed after the receipt of the initial deposit or full payment as specified in your invoice.
  • Currency: All rates are quoted in USD. RLM Brazil reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of significant currency fluctuations or government-imposed tax increases before final payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund amounts vary based on the proximity to the departure date and the specific policies of our third-party suppliers (hotels/airlines).
  • Force Majeure: RLM Brazil is not liable for delays, damages, or cancellations caused by “Acts of God,” strikes, weather conditions, pandemics, civil unrest, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will strive to provide alternatives or credits, subject to supplier availability and policies.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations, and luggage loss. RLM Brazil is not responsible for any medical costs or financial losses incurred during the trip.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we select our partners with the utmost care, RLM Brazil is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, or damage to person or property caused by the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier. Clients agree to hold RLM Brazil harmless for any incidents arising from services provided by third parties.

6. Data Privacy & Compliance (CCPA, LGPD & GDPR)

We respect your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • We collect only the necessary personal information (such as identification and dietary requirements) required to fulfill travel arrangements.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Orange County, Florida. By booking our services, you waives any right to object to this jurisdiction.
